RoamMelb sells digital eSIM products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Nature of Digital Products
    eSIMs are digital products that are delivered electronically. Once an eSIM QR code or activation link has been accessed or scanned, the product is considered used and consumed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Full refund available when:
    You have not yet scanned or activated the eSIM QR code
    You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
    The eSIM has not been accessed or redeemed
    No refund available when:
    The eSIM QR code has been scanned or activated
    The eSIM has been partially or fully used
    More than 30 days have passed since purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, contact us at contact@roammelb.com with:
    Your order number
    Email address used for purchase
    Reason for refund request
    We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Technical Issues
    If you experience technical difficulties with your eSIM that prevent activation through no fault of your own, please contact us at contact@roammelb.com. We will work with our eSIM provider to resolve the issue or offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Compatibility
    It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing. We are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices. Please check device compatibility at esim.net\/check-imei before purchasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
